Windows 7 Basic Modified Theme

I have made this theme because some Windows 7 Users like the Transparent Start Menu and the transparent Taskbar, but dont have supported graphics cards. I made this to simulate a transparent taste for Windows Basic Theme for Windows 7 Build 7000.



PLEASE COMMENT IT!!!! IF YOU DONT THEN I WONT RELEASE THIS THEME!!!
